Return/Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from us! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

🛍️ Returns

You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to request a return.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Final Sale, Clearance, and Gift Card purchases are non-returnable.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping charges).

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
